Update: Just ordered Hovobator Genesis 1588

Marie if you can hatch in a LG you'll do just great with the Genesis. I LOVE the preset temperature and nothing to adjust, other than adding water every couple of days for humidity. If you have a turner from your LG it fits in the Geneis. I use my LG turner in my 1588

I am glad to hear you are ordering direct from the manufacturer. It is the best thing to do as they provide the best support for their customers. I have called on 2 occassions and was put through to the man who invents/designs the componants and he is the most helpful and most willing to do something that I have ever encountered.

I bought the Genesis and I love mine, I hatched my first batch, they are 1 week old. I had 18 eggs, and 17 hatched. I didn't get the turner, I like to turn the eggs myself. Sandy in AL

I am going to have eggs to go in there so I hope it gets here pretty quickly. I can put them in my other bator temporarily but I need to get it.

Sorry about your experience, I just kept thinking if it is about the same price, I should probably order directly from the company. Usually works out better in most situations.

Glad I went with my gut, and the suggestions here.

I've heard good things about them! Mine should be here today! I ordered mine from Double R and its taken a week to get here. UPS tracking shows it has been sitting in SLC since yesterday! I want it NOW!!! lol Mine came with the universal egg racks. Once it gets here I'm ordering the quail racks and hopefully by this time next year with my sebs I'll have a reason to order the goose egg turner lol!
