I too would like very much to see more pictures. Especially of the grounds.

My husband and I are still in the construction phase of our place. It's a log home that we're hand crafting from scratch. No pre-cut or milled logs in any of it. Yup! In other words, a lot of hard work!

I can certainly appreciate all of the hard, back breaking work that you have put into your home. Doesn't that give you the most wonderful feeling to stand back, look at all you have accomplished and say, with great pride: "We did this!" ? Again, congrats and job well done!! Now, go drink your wine girl! You've EARNED it!!

I like the horses! We live on a cattle ranch and currently I have four horses (Quarter horses and Arabians) and three ponies.

Last year I had twice as many, but my kids are not riding like they used to, so I'm selling off all but my favorites.

we planted a bunch of blue spruces and now all the pine trees are dying from some disease.

Okay, you had me at the first picture but when I saw the chicken coop/fort I am speechless. Can we move in with you? Let's see, that's me, my dh, three grown kids, one son in law, two grandkids, three dogs, 5 cats, 5 birds, 9 bunnies, 13 fowl, a trampoline and a lemon tree in a pot we can never get rid of cause dgd earned the money for it herself with a lemonade stand.....your place is gorgeous and all can tell you and your family work very hard. Congrats.
