Update on chicks and video

Well, to my surprise the little black sex link pulled through... she has the gumption of her namesake - Lucy (I Love Lucy, we named the other BSL Ethel, LOL). Sofia the GLW did not make it and passed last night, my sons first time loosing an animal, he asked a lot of questions and I hope I dealt with it well

. We picked up 4 more chicks today at TSC (split an order with a friend, I hate minimums) for a grand total of 14. They have all been named

Sunshine - Golden Comet
Ester - Easter Egger
Sue - Easter Egger
Sally - Salmon Faverolle
Roxy - Barred Plymouth Rock
Buffy - White Plymouth Rock (or Buff Orpington, still not sure)
Blanch - Columbian Wyandotte
Dorothy - Golden Laced Wyandotte
Rose - Golden Laced Wyandotte
Lucy (made it through the night!! Looking good now!) - Black Sex Link
Ethel - Black Sex Link (note the theme here (I am a big I Love Lucy fan, LOL)
Matilda - Black Australorp
Rosey - Red Sex Link
Red - Road Island Red
