UPDATE on Girlfriend! pullet attacked by dog on 10-24

Girlfriend was attacked the morning of Oct 24th.

She is doing good! the wound under her wing is healing and closing up!
it has been about 3 1/2 weeks. The wound on her tail and back of neck has healed, normal skin and new feathers growing.
she is eating a lot now and acting very normal! LOL
She is still living in the house until the wound under her wing is normal skin.

Anyway! she is gonna make it, every day is better.
thanks for all the help when this first happened.

These birds are tougher than I ever gave them credit for. My Sadie was attacked 21 days ago and at the time I had no idea I would be sitting here typeing about her recovery. Keep up the good work there and love for our babies goes a long way plus all the prayes from these great BYC folks helps. PEACE
