Update on Hen with prolapse problem

So, using advice here we changed diet to higher calcium diet with addition of oyster shells to feed, and, took hen and gave her a series of warm baths to remove caked on poop. Then when all was clean we (well, the wife and kids...I just watched from a safe distance) rubbed on antibiotic cream and honey.

After a series of this the condition improved significantly until everything sort of went back inside and she is back to normal now.

So, thank you for your good advice - for a while there I thought we might have to send her to the big henhouse in the sky.
