Button quail are notoriously difficult to hatch. You could set 100 and only have 20 hatch. Don't beat yourself up. Candle them, see if any are moving. If not, you can always try and set another batch. Never hurts to try again!

Agreed. How many were there? What was the situation with getting them?

If there are no pips by day 20, I'd give up. Candle them first, but they should have started hatching on day 16. Today is hatch day for my 18 eggs. 5 are out so far.
