I had a light brahma roo that feathered like that. I named him Hot Wing. He was the saddest thing ever and didn't fully feather til nearly a year old. I had a family come and practically beg for him because the husband was bald and they owned a hairless cat and a hairless dog and a goat with a skin condition. I think they were kinda hoping he would match the rest of the crowd but nope he FINALLY got all his feathers

I agree with some of the other posters...yours looks like an EE in the face.
