I got a question, can I feed Sunny black oil sunflower seed? (BOSS) The vet told my dad not to feed it to her but I don't think my dad told them it was just a daily treat.

How come she's not allowed that oil?
And would there be a chance she could become sick again if its still rainy? Or is it a one-time sickness?
