Update: Our Recycled Shed Coop is almost done! Make that Done!

Thanks! We have been working on getting the run up this weekend, but were foiled by more rain today. My husband is starting to lose his mind over this coop so I hope we can get it done soon. The hardest part for him is that he is a cabinetmaker by trade and is used to building very "perfect" things. For example, this dollhouse and table that he spent months making for myself and our girls for Christmas.

So working with a old, wracked shed where nothing is straight or plumb is driving him crazy. The quote of the year has to be when we were working on the run this morning and he says to me "Don't build a coop the way you would build a cabinet." Poor DH, he must really love me.

4x8 is what I am looking for...(less waste with 4x8 sheets of plywood)... I try and attempt to make a twin of that thing. It may be an ugly twin though, but we will see...
