Thanks to My Pet Chicken, I was able to order 10 bantam cochin chicks to be Express Mailed today. I can't say enough about how nice they were to accomodate this babies needs with "extras" from the hatchery.

Tomorrow he'll have buddies!!

Yeah...you noticed that, huh?? Funny thing...I put it on the other side of the hardware wire screen with the older standard chicks and they freaked out!! They can see it through the wire, but when it got into their space, they starting screaming like Ethel Merman and ran to a corner where they bunched up with their heads down so they couldn't see it! I just about died laughing...
