Do you have a second *properly calibrated* thermometer & hygrometer in the incubator to monitor temp & humidity? I would say if you have previously seen condensation on the plastic at the same (or lower) humidity levels, then your hygrometer is likely malfunctioning. It’s unlikely that low humidity alone is the problem for an unpipped egg, but if your incubator’s hygrometer is faulty then it’s quite possible that the thermometer is also.

I am not familiar with that specific equipment, but I do know that many integrated, combination hygrometer/thermometer combos work in tandem— so the temperature reading takes the humidity reading into account, & vice-versa. Thus, if one is off so is the other.

Have you previously candled the egg? When did the egg stop having movement or peeping (how many hours)? Do you know if there was an internal pip? Is this the only egg you are incubating?(eta: looked at pic again... & there seem to be other eggs in there.) Have any others hatched on schedule? were they all due to hatch at approximately the same time?

The wiggling was them moving into hatch position They are likely to be resting before they start to pip. Good luck!
