Everything seems to be moving along, birds still seem flighty of me, still trying to coax them into the coop at dusk, and i have to sit the on the roost or they sit in brooder box and poop. This is all a learning curve! Thanks everyone for your input and answers, i appreciate it!

Might want to try a battery power puck light in the coop near dusk, then turn it off when you lock up at night.
Might want to block the nests until they form a habit of using roosts.
