I love the photo with the cool looking duck, looking around for water with the dry docked jonboat in the background!May I ask what breed? Someone dumped a goose in the lake I live on and she has been hanging around down by the shore at my house. She's super friendly, we think she is an African or Chinese, maybe some kind of mix, but not sure.

Quality photography..
Hub says when you alter any jpeg compression, it has pixel loss. Always save to tiff to avoid loss. Only use jpeg for emails/web design etc. For printing highest quality resolution, work with tif because it has zero loss. The proof is obvious during the printing process and not a computer monitor no matter how your video card is or led screen. Printing is unforgiving as far as pixels are concerned. If you start w/jpeg save w/tif before jpeg.I'll have to talk to DH about this because my camera automatically saves to the drive as jpeg.
Quality photography..duckling ain't too shabby either..
What was the shutter speed? Hard subject.
I knew about that once, many moons ago... Thanks for the refresher. I need to brush up on it.Hub says when you alter any jpeg compression, it has pixel loss. Always save to tiff to avoid loss. OMG.. He filled my head with facts, I need an asprin![]()
I have to hear it when I use my camera on low quality for space conservation. I feel like a scolded child being reminded. I remember what he says, but sometimes give him low res pics to get a rise out of him! the first thing he does is right click for photo properties.. Then I hear squawking in the distance!I knew about that once, many moons ago... Thanks for the refresher. I need to brush up on it.
