Here are two of mine at a little younger than yours (grey tail belongs to someone else :))...check out the comb on the one on the left. I think quite confidently that you have a pullet (right in the photo).
 
Glad I could help. I'm trying to stop stressing about my two SLW's myself. Obsessively checking each day to see if those combs are getting any bigger/redder or if saddle feathers are coming in.

SLW are hard. I have a 5 week old and it's comb was bright red at 2 weeks so I thought for sure it was a roo. a guy came to pick up my RIR roo and so I tried to give him the SLW also but he wouldn't take it cause he said there were very hard to sex and that there was still a good chance it was a pullet. I don't see how it could be anything but a roo with a bright red comb but he said to call him at 10 weeks and he would be able to tell by then.

I have two and their combs were quite pink at 3 weeks but they have not become much redder or developed so crossing my fingers. I am going to post them tomorrow to see what others think. It is my first time with SLWs.
