I am so glad your baby is doing better. Sometimes vets don't understand how important an animal is to us. I had a rat with a tumor once and the vet said 'it's just a rat'. I was so mad. He operated on my rat to remove the tumor and the rat never woke up. I don't think the vet ever cared.

and you chicken is very beautiful and i your love bird in the background of the second photo looks like my old bird. (my dog ate it)

Make sure that you go to the neighbour's house and hand them the bill for their dog's attack! I'm so angry from this past week's happenings that I'm shaking! I almost lost Obelisk to a dog that's never walked, not socialized and is always loose...
If that dog comes back into the yard again, he WILL NOT be going home...at least not the same condition he came in.
Show them the pictures of your bird.
If there's a leash law call up the Dog Officer and make a report. At least it will be on record that this is the second time they been in your yard. Good luck.
