Are you keeping them? I can't wait to see what the black one turns out like. Out of my batch I had five eggs that hatched, and then one egg that hatched five days later. There were one brown, one yellow, and three blacks. I got rid of all three of the blacks anticipating the late egg to be a black too, but he came out yellow! I was so bummed. I wanted ducks of different colors. But now that they are feathering out, my brown is turning copper, one of the yellows is a fawn and white, and one of the yellows is actually a white and gray mottled color.

My favorite part is seeing what they grow into being. <3

We weren't going to keep them all but hubby has fallen head over heels for them. Last night he said that we can't get rid of any of them because, "look at how close they are dear, it would absolutely break THEIR hearts if we seperated any of them."

Yea right! It would break HIS heart!! LOL And guess who just bid on more duck eggs on ebay?? MY HUBBY!!! ROFL!!
