Updates! Sleepy chicken

Pics
Since she still seems weak, I'd use the Chick Starter to make a moist mash of:

Starter Feed
Yogurt and/or Eggs
Enough water to moisten it for easy digestion

You could mix in the sunflower seeds mentioned below to the mix above.

Anything with protein to help her get her strength back is going to be good for her. Eggs, Feed, and Meat all have high protein, even Sunflower Seeds. She needs protein and a good probiotic (yogurt is good for the probiotic) will help her get her stomach/digestive tract back to feeling better.
Thank you I’ll buy the sunflower seeds. Everyone else seems okay. The rooster is still the same dont know what’s wrong with him. He doesn’t poop like her either. And she hasn’t layed since Sunday.

Hens usually won't lay when they're not feeling well...
Our rooster looks in critical shape yesterday he could stand a bit but today he had his belly wet since we separated him in a cage and isolated and he can barely stand he eats more than the hen but he looks wayyy worse than her what’s wrong with him? He was on a separate area before this where they couldn’t make contact he also hasn’t crowed for a few days.

We have a hen that hasn't laid an egg in months, and that's ok with chickens, even healthy ones. Don't concern yourself with egg production. Concern yourself with the health of the chickens (all of them).

I think the rooster probably needs to see a veterinarian. He's likely wet because he's been sitting in his own waste - poor fella :-( Fruit is NOT the right thing to feed to chickens except in small amounts as a treat. We've been over that, but the diet of fruit may have weakened him to the point that he may not recover. I just don't know though. I don't know his age (could he be dying of old age?).

At any rate, both of the birds you're dealing with MUST stay hydrated! Get water into them if nothing else, best to use vitamin-rich water with something like Nutri-Drench in it, something/anything with electrolytes and vitamins in it. If they won't drink it on their own, force them to take it via an eye-dropper. It's possible that the cocktails of medications have weakened them, but I just don't know. Again, a vet visit would help.

The lack of energy, however, tells me that it's a nutritional issue, ...or worms sapping the nutrients from what they are eating. You said you de-wormed them, but they also MUST eat while they are being wormed.

Where exactly are you located? Your profile says Houston. CERTAINLY there is a farm feed store SOMEWHERE close to you. They will also carry the CORRECT feeds for your birds along with vitamins, first aid products, and more. You need to find your way to that location and get the products you need to nourish the birds properly.

They all ate while the were being wormed. I have one hen who took more medication than the others and she seems fine. I mostly talk about the egg part since it scares me she’ll go egg bound. I have the right feed at TSC I got the layer feed(chicken feed)and chick starter they are close to a year. We are going to hydrate them by giving them their vitamins and electrolytes(Rooster Booster) yeah I have most of the stuff I need. They didnt seem to have worms since when I first gave them corid it was because i saw dark red in their poop and gave them corid few days in I started deworming since I saw a sad chicken so i dewormed her and dewormed everyone aswell she felt good the day after. So I kept on deworming the full dose since it says it isn’t bad giving them both together. Not like in the same bucket of water like corid in water and later in the day their safeguard dose orally.

A vet visit may be your only course of action then unless someone else can chime in here with some other advice.

I still believe this to be a nutrional issue. How long have the sick hen and the rooster been off the fruit and on the correct feed for them?

The hen since july 4th but she ate a bit for 2-3 days then stopped eating, the rooster the last time I hear him crow was the 7th but he looks worse than the hen even though she lost appetite for food. I haven’t gave them much fruit I have just been saying they don’t eat it anymore like they used to. The rooster does but a bit. There’s no avian vets since we live in sub urban neighborhood. And it’s extremely rare to have these beautiful creatures here. There has been no change in their diet ever since they turned 24 weeks.
