We ordered a sleep number bed last weekend (Sunday the 14th ) and according to the UPS tracking tool it says there are 5 boxes ready to be picked up and the labels were created on August 16th. Wouldn't they actually have been picked up by now? Is this like the USPS where they don't really update the tracking information or are the boxes just sitting there after a whole week? I would doubt that for a company as large as Sleep Number. I would think they would have daily pick-ups?
