upside down chick in egg HELP.......!!!!!

I've had plenty of chicks hatch & all in different directions. If you open the incy now there are a few things that can go wrong. 1. You can "shrink wrap" them. 2. By peeling back the membrane you run a risk of tearing to much & the chick bleedimg out. It may take a bit, but waiting for awhile is what I would do. It takes time to hatch. I've had some take all night!

A great trick to not changing the humidity and temp if you open the incubator during lockdown is to carefully take the incubator into the bathroom, turn on the shower as hot as you can and wait 5 minutes until it’s very hot ands steamy! I do this with all the eggs I help and just leave the incubator in the bathroom while I monitor them.
