upside down crow?

Whats up with this?

We have had two crows now fly on our property unable to fly all the great
ending up hanging upside down in a tree and then fluttering off to die.

Exhausted my last brain cell. sorry. Wouldn't worry bout west nile though.

Sounds like West Nile virus to me. Where are you located? Your local health department may come out and pick them up and have them tested. I would definitely contact them!
