upside down eggs

I just realized that my eggs were pointy side up in my automatic egg turner. They were like that for about 12 hours. Is that a big deal?

Just 12 hours, no big deal. Not moving them is worse than moving them upside down, and I don't know how big of a deal it is to be upside down in the first place as long as the air cell is not broken.
