I usually sell out (100+ jars) on Saturdays so I won't be able to make more before I come up (I'm leaving immediately after the market Saturday)...unless any one wants, Root beer, Cotton candy or bubble gum jellies....those are super easy to make.

Consider it done... oh and btw I am making wine jelly and inferno wine jelly too. It's pepper jelly with white wine in it... awesome on crackers! I make merlot, shiraz and white wine jellies, well, you guys will see and can judge for yourselves. I absolutely adore canning and Karen I was thinking your cotton candy jelly would be a huge hit! It's AWESOME!!!
