I can even have the few roos I have here since I will be moving. I said to the code enforcer... "By the way Tim you didn't even sign it..." he just smiled and said "I didnt? Oh darn... how bout that guess it's not valid". He says it was noise only complaint and that now that I've decreased my roos he will not make me get a variance since we'll be moving in about 6 weeks. So no issues, no problems. Those you you that were going to bring me/sell me hens he says they are absolutely a non-issue. I can even have my roo from Crunchie. I asked him "what if they complain again?" he said "well... technically Im code enforcement, so I can give you as much time as I want
