Mine too-I could lock my cats in with them and they wouldnt touch them!

Here are two pics of it. We have 4 shelves inside (the ones the came with it). One we use for the water (the top shelf), the middle two we put the turners on, and we use the others to put the hatching containers on. Once Jeremy gets the hatchers build from the coolers Nat got us, we won't be hatching in it anymore.
