We haven't thought of a good name for the coop yet - I have no artistic talent so was just going to throw something together from 'buildasign.com' - 'club cluck' was the latest idea.

How's everyone doing? It's been quiet for a few days. We are on day 6 of incubation! Plus, we are going to set another batch when we are on day 10, so we will hopefully have lots of little babies for Chickenstock!!!

Shoot, I thought I signed mine. Maybe not though, I did have a lot to drink. It was rather humorous, everyone typed a message, Gretchen gave a 3 count, and all hit send. The plan was to have your phone go off a half dozen times at once, lol.

Well, my silkie hatch started WAY too early and one of my little premie silkies had some sort of 'attack' in the bator last night. Had to break lockdown and probably doom some other eggs, but he was flopping like a fish out of water and gasping. I figured 'out too early' and that was that.. but today...

Hey lady, what was all that fuss about????

He (has to be a roo, he's a fussy one!

) may still not make it (hatched on day 18/19) but at least he's feeling better this morning. More to hatch, more to hatch! My hovabator hatch may be partially f'd, but the brinsea is rockin and peeping.
