Acid_Chipmunk, would it be possible to take a photo of your goat sign and post it? I didn't take any before I gave it to you.
The sign I asked Christine to post is actually on an 8" x 8" ceramic tile, which takes a different method, paint, and style as the wood signs. If anyone likes the idea of something painted on a tile, I can also do that for you! In addition, I have approximately 5" x 12" slate roofing tiles from a 100 year old house in Washington, DC. I can also paint on one of those. Because of their age, though, they must be handled very carefully. I use them myself for my horse name signs on the stall doors of my stable. Here's an example of one of those, but please excuse the photo quality. My camera was acting up when I took this and it doesn't show everything well. Underneath "Season's Greetings" it says " to all those merry and bright"
