She is a gorgeous blue Silkie we got from Bob. Gave her 6 eggs today, 4 buff laced Polish and 2 of her own eggs. She sucked them right under her and went back to sitting. I'm so excited! Hopefully something hatches for her. Her eggs don't have th greatest fertility and I think that is because she is SQ and has a very fluffy rear end.

Thanks! We are both excited, tho I think I am more than Jeremy. She is our only Silkie laying, so now no Silkie eggs. Oh, well, I can live without them with her being broody!


Jeremy wants to know how Mark's d'Uccles are doing? Is he loving them up? Oh, and how are Mo's MGB's?
 
Not to mention you KNOW how bad I want some of your split eggs to hatch... And I want to test the fertility on my BLRW's and they are gonna lay some good looking chicks...
