We love BackYard Chicken and have spent a lot of time reading people's feedback, advice etc.
We have 9 female chicks:
All 3.5 weeks old. They all have really sweet temperaments and our Sicilian Buttercup loves to jump on hands that are low enough and take a ride. She especially likes husband and likes to sit on his lap while we’re visiting them.
We formally joined BackYard Chicken because we (really, the wife) wanted to post about one of our Blue Andalusians having wye (crook neck). We searched for anyone else that had a non-silkie or polish with wye neck and it seems a lot less common.
We look forward to recovery of our little chick using Polyvisol and Sav-a-Chic water and to the day we can move all of them to their outside pen/coop.
Built our own coop from scratch using plans we found online. Excited about fresh eggs and seeing the adult version of the chicks that are now going through that awkward teenage look of crazy feathers.

- Buff Laced Polish - 1 (we had another ordered but she didn't make it)
