Update! I have taken all your advice and the chick now seems to be thriving! Happily cheeping and running round with the others, I have been feeding them wax worms which pippins (the runt) loves, thank you so much for all the replies. Pippins is looking much stronger and no more feather pulling is happening. Thank you again!
