URGENT! Baby chick wont stop sneezing looks like it has trouble breathing

Please help woke up to this little guy sneezing too often. its past noon still sneezing but less frequent and now had to clean his pasty butt. not pooping often since. Its chirping sounds so whistly and trembling each time he does. Changed the box shouldn't be dusty. It is possible it has something stuck in its throat since it has trouble eating the chick start because it's smaller than other chicks. Checked it's nose but don't see nothing. Still new to this so any tips would help!

What type of bedding are you using? How is the ventila tion? How old is the chick? Can you see any nasal drainage, or do the eyes have bubbles or secretions? Check the nostrils for blockage of dried mucus, and look into the beak for any obstruction.
