Hi, I have 5 chicks of about 2-3 weks old. One of whichwas born with a bad splayed leg. I have tried every possible fix I could find on the internet, but nothing helped. It just seemed to get worse to the point where his leg is nog fully bended backwards. It seems really painfull. This weekend my chicks will be going to their new home in a bird sanctuary and I'm afraid that if I don't have a solution before then I might have to put him to sleep. 
PLEASE help me! I have attached a photo below. He is a real sweetheart and I want to know that I have done everything possible to help him.
