Urgent chick help required

She has a woolly hat to snuggle under and it's been pretty warm here today, she doesn't feel cold but shivers when she's sleepy. Should I add heat?
She seems to do it when she wants attention, feeding or water then settles down to sleep.
Just cleaned her up again, read about blu-kote and found a 'recipe' then remembered I have medicated Manuka honey, fresh tube, so cleaned her up and put some of that on. And this time cleaning her, her eyes opened! Both of them and they've stayed open! So will do it again before bed and first thing tomorrow. I'm hoping by Tuesday (back at work) she'll be able to see to get food and water on her own. Here's before and after cleaning xx

We haven't a brooder nor heat source, it's 7pm on Saturday night so can't get anything until tomorrow. We raised chicks in the house previously without heat, yes they didn't have any injuries but they were fine. Please don't make me feel like we're failing her or not doing things right. I've been made to feel like that before on this forum, I'm trying to get help :(
