URGENT! Cocci in rabbits!

Please help my 3 month old rabbits are sickly and dying! 2 have died today another is acting sick!
They have a loss of appetite, lethargic, not responsive, seizures, paralyzed and then they die. Could it be intestinal cocci? What should I do?
HELP!

Sounds like coccidiosis. Most likely, your rabbit is not going to recover. You could call a vet, but i don't think that would help any. What did you feed your rabbits prior to their illn ess?

I don't know my sister is in charge of the rabbits. I did the unimaginable, I put it out its misery. It was suffering, I couldn't sit much suffer no longer! I I felt so bad afterwards!

Probably not cocci then. Maybe too many greens and not enough hay messing up their digestive tracts. Or maybe they didn't get enough water, and dehydration contributed to a bowel obstruction. In my experience, cocci doesn't cause sudden death. Mostly, rabbits with coccidia are just unthrifty and don't grow well. It's a gradual wasting away.
Wet greens, on the hand, can kill if fed in large quantities and the rabbits aren't used to eating them. If the gut lacks the required enzymes to digest fresh greens, they can't be digested and cause intestinal blockage, which is fatal within 24 to 48 hours.

The rabbits are small! My sister is lazy and doesn't wanna take care of them (that is why I took over the chickens)

Every time I go outside I have to check on them too! And if I don't clean the hutch out it will sit their! I'm trying my best to juggle all these animals animals and I guess it is NOT working out for me!

Feeding and watering rabbits and chickens every day really shouldn't take up a huge amount of time. I've got around 47 chickens right now, and 15 rabbits at the moment. Morning chores take about 15 minutes total. After noon is another 15. Might want to think about ways you can streamline your routine. Take all the waterers that need refilling all at once rather than going back and forth for each animal. Have feed stored in metal bins near the animals' housing to make feeding a bit easier. Having a hose nearby makes refills for water easy. Having feeders/waterers that hold enough to last all day reduces the number of times you need to refill.

I'm running back and forth! Zigzagging all over the place! I have to keep from trying not to cut my arms on the tin roof. I've done it before I have a huge scar on my arm it was a big gash. It is hectic. I'm running feeding the rabbits then my mind wonders and next thing you know I'm in the chicken coop feeding them then I'm back over at the rabbit hutch finish feeding them then I run back over there to the chicken coops give them water zig-zag some more. I can't keep focus on one thing so it's hard for me to do it...
