URGENT, DOG ATTACK.

Perhaps some hydrogen peroxide would help prevent infection. I would dab some on with a cotton ball.
I know we were taught differently, growing up, but hydrogen peroxide will seriously dry out an injury like this., which is likely not a good idea at all.

I have nothing :( im going to the horse stable to see if we have anything I can use for her
If you have furacin, or something along those lines, that should work. I've used it (successfully!) on on everything from nail scrapes on horses to radiator burns on ball python. It's great stuff!

My poor girl got attacked by a dog, it a really deep wound. Please help, I'm a teenager who has no experience in stitching or any health care and I have no idea what to do.
Please, this chicken means so much to me
Can you get a better close up picture of the wound? It doesn't look that bad.

For shock, warm some Gatorade, & give it to her.

She's no longer in shock, but I'm still letting her rest of course. I warmed sugar water for her, she drank it. And the room is dark.

I trimmed the feathers around her wound

If that's her only wound and she is up and walking around, and will eat and drink in a bit. She'll be fine. Keep her away from the other hens until she heals.
If you can get some vetericyn animal spray or blue coat spray on there every couple days that would be ideal, but otherwise, she'll scab over, grow new feathers, and go on with life.
