URGENT, DOG ATTACK.

She's no longer in shock, but I'm still letting her rest of course. I warmed sugar water for her, she drank it. And the room is dark.

I trimmed the feathers around her wound

Not a serious wound. Will heal pretty quickly.
Just needs to be kept clean, & moist. The most important part is to make sure it gets a good amount of dry time in between each application of a moisturizer like Triple Antibiotic ointment.
Dry time can be anywhere between a few hours apart to a day.

The wound does not look too bad. Just use some Triple antibiotic ointment or what you would use on yourself twice a day until it heals. Dog or predator attacks can cause internal injuries from squeezing or shaking. Make sure she is drinking at first, then eating. Let us know in a few hours if she is able to stand and walk or if she is still doing okay. Are your other chickens secure from being attacked by the dog?

They were free ranging, I was herding them back in to the coop when it happened. The dog struggled catching her and did not hold her for long, when he finally got her in his mouth I got ahold of him.
She can walk and do everything perfectly fine, she's tried to escape me many, many times during all this.

Can she eat wet dog food? I can't get her to eat anything else...

A little of that would be fine. Then try to get her back on the chicken feed, which also can be moistened with water. Scrambled egg is also good. Fluids are more important than food right now.

You can give her some cooked eggs as a treat.

Sounds like she will recover well. How obvious is her wound now? She needs to go back in the coop with the others to not lose her spot in the pecking order, but you may want to put her in a dog crate with food and water inside the coop, if the wound is still red.
