URGENT! DOG WITH HEAT STROKE!

Thanks for the help! Just to answer everybody's questions at once, she's a Border Collie, she loves going for dips in the stream but hates pools, and she had just gone running by the four wheeler in 100 degree weather. We had had her tied up and then we let her off because everybody had come back and then they left again without tying her up. She is doing much better now and is acting like her normal self. The thing I don't get is she has gone for runs by the ATV's in weather like this before.
