Have you had to treat your whole flock for lice before?

You can not good around and skimp when treating for lice or mites.
You must treat EVERYONE and EVERYTHING at the same time and continue to treat for no less than once every 5-7 days for 3 weeks.

I've never treated for lice, it's never even crossed my mind
