URGENT - FLOPPY NECK - PLEASE HELP

I let my 9 week silkie chicks out this morning and Vera (although I now think shes a he) looked like she had a broken neck - her head just hangs there. We brought her in and within 10 minutes she was standing and chirping. I thought perhaps she had knocked herself dazed in her scramble to run out so I put her back out with the other 5. I watched her for about 10 minutes and she was doing her normal chicken things. 2 minutes later she laid on the ground, I rushed out and it had happened again. It looks like her neck is broken but surely she wouldn't be alive if it was - what can it be? I've brought her in the house now. Please help me and tell me what to do.

Thank you so much for your help dlhunicorn, Vera's condition was just like the link - there was even a video link to watch, but I think my chick's condition was worse because when I arrived home from work earlier today she had passed away.
