Urgent Goose Help needed!

Her vent looked a lot better after the bath. It's protruding slightly but not nearly what it was earlier

Thanks for the link I'll be reading it right now.

That was a great Link very beneficial. Thank you very much

Keven, I apologize. I just was looking at my thread, and it was very long. I know when there is a pressing matter the last thing you want to do is read through long post. Do you have any questions?

If she is egg bound those soaks in the tub really help along with vaseline. I put it on the outside and inside of Ginger's vent, all the way around.

Oops! I see you responded back already. Well, if you have any question please ask.

Oh it's fine it was very informative. I think I understand everything but if i'm not sure on anything I'll make sure to ask. Did you use ordinary Prep H or was it a certain one?

I think it's just regular Prep H, Glad to hear she looks better now that she has had a soak. If you do decide to prob around for an egg you have to be extremely careful not to break the egg inside of her, I would continue with the soaks and using prep H and or another thing I've heard is sugar and water made into a paste an applying that to the prolaspe.

Oh good I have plenty of that then. I'm really hoping the warm bathes and prep H will do the trick. She's actually walking around quite a bit now. Hopefully she'll continue to improve over the next few days.

I've searched all over the pen and have not found a trace of an egg but I do let them free range quite often so it very well could be anywhere. Do cats steal eggs? Because we have a huge stray cat population around here.
