Okay guys a baby duck hatched! But I don't know what to do now I have others in there with him temp is 99.5 humidity is 80%. Do I open air hole on the incubator. What do I do ?

The air holes should already be opened.

New to this but I was going off the paper I received it said not open those till they hatch and open only one out of two until there are several ducks hatched. That's why there not open.The air holes should already be opened.
