URGENT! Hatching HELP PLEASE!

Wonderful to hear! My morning has been pretty good to. My BC Marans started to hatch! I have 1 out of the shell and 3 more pips. I was very worried about those eggs. The air cells were awful!

here's some pics of my early hatch!












this little chick is wild! she/he is running around and not acting like any other less than day old chick I've ever hatched before! It's acting like it is a couple days old .. scratching around.. running.. napping.. happy as can be!

It has a lot of silkie features like black skin, extra toes, grey beak, feathers on feet, looks like it could be bearded too! I didn't expect this chick to be so darn cute! It still has the yellow feet and single comb though... it is a very interesting cross!!!
