URGENT HELP! Hen with weird, swollen eye

This morning when I went to feed her, I saw her with a weird looking eye. Appears to be swollen especially at the top. Her eyes seems to be half opened.

Is there any treatment for this...? Like home remedy?

In addition, for the past few months she has been exhibiting broody behaviour.

Vetericyn eye gel or eyewash, or Terramycin eye ointment would be good for an eye infection. Remove any crust or drainage first with a wet compress or flush the eye.

They get pecked in the eye sometimes, and we have had a lot of chickens with this condition. I take a wet washcloth, and gently wipe everything off the outer part of the eye, like crust and bubbles, bubbles are normal. The eye should heal itself. We had a hen with her eye closed for a month, and one day it was open.
