URGENT HELP needed for duckling - PLEASE HELP -

The duckling is still in the fetal position this morning, and he hasn't opened his eyes. When I pick him up, he flops around. He's peeping but it doesn't seem like he has control of his motor functions. Should I have DH "help" him, or is there something I can do for him?

I hope someone can help you... has it tried to get on its feet at all? Does it open its eyes when you touch it??

He hasn't opened his eyes, and he hasn't gotten up that I know of. When I pick him up he kind of flops like a fish out of water. I don't know if there are any vitamins or something I could try giving him or if it is more humane to put him to sleep.
