Urgent help needed please!!!

I've tried searching but I can't find much on ducks...I have a duck"ling" (fawn and white indian runner with a crest) about 5 weeks old. I think she has neurological problems. She's had some wobbliness before and I started giving her niacin and it did a 180. last night she was perfectly fine when I checked on them before I went to bed. This morning I went down and she was on her back unable to get up, she scratched her eye so there was blood. She literally can not stand and can't hold her head up straight (which I don't know if thats because of her eye or not) but I tried to see if she has a bow in her legs but couldn't tell. But reading some posts I saw that ducks with the crest tend to have neuro problems. I'm so upset about it and just don't know what I can do or if there is anything I can do.

I'm very sorry It may be the crest, and if that's the case, there really isn't anything you can do.

Just in case it's not the crest, you can try giving her supplements as it may be a nutritional deficiency. Try giving her some Poultry Nutri Drench, both a few drops orally each day and also in her water, and see if that helps.

Can you take her to an exotic/avian vet? You could google it. Maybe there's one within a reasonable driving distance.
