It appears she is prolapsing. She may be constipated. First, she will need to be separated if this is staying out, if others peck it and damage it, it will be much worse. Keep it covered in ointment to keep it moist (you don't want that tissue to dry out), you can use honey, plain neosporin, plain triple antibiotic ointment, vaseline, etc. Honey will help shrink swollen tissue as well as keep it moist. Gently push it back in with your finger, and hold it for a bit to see if it will stay. You may need to repeat that more than once. Take some coconut oil, a teaspoon to a tablespoon and freeze it. Break it into small pieces and feed it to her. They usually like it. That will help get things moving if she's constipated. Repeat the coconut oil every day til things start moving. Hopefully that will help.
