Urgent help

This is a premature chick that bled a lot...... It is bent like this since hatch and catch stand.... It chirps in the center and can open its eyes a bit..... Not drinking or eating much. Feeding it sugar water. What should i do and how often do i need to feed it.

If the chick is unable to take fluids over the course of 24hrs, then sadly I don't think it will make it. Culling/putting the chick out of it's misery may be needed. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...-for-squeamish-people-slightly-graphic.74734/

You ask on your other thread what to do next time. Don't assist. Wait. Wait some more.
I'm not being rude - I do understand...we as humans want or feel like we need to do something - chicks hatch in their own time - we want to rush it. Leave the eggs be and let the chick work on it. Now, sometimes on a rare occasion, assistance may be needed,

Yesterday night a chick was struggling to come out for more than 12 hours so I decided to help it and I hurt its blood vessel.....with the amount of blood I saw i thought i will lose it immediately. But it somehow pulled through the night and is out of the egg. There is no yolk sac or umblical cord but the chick is very weak and can stand or open his eyes. I tried giving it sugar water(it is not taking it) and have separated it keeping it warm...what should I do now
Ps would like some insight on the legs and what to do next time

For this one you can try giving it raw egg yolk to eat. But from the looks of it I feel it isn't going to make it.

I didn't check out your other thread... when did it hatch? I assisted two this spring after they pipped and showed no improvement after 24 hours. Their toes and ankles were swollen and curled, and they couldn't walk. I was horrified that I'd be stuck with two crippled chicks, but after another 24 hours all of the swelling went down and their toes unfurled. While I believe not all chicks bounce back, I do believe, and have witnessed, that some can bounce back after a delayed hatch.
