*URGENT* Herniated umbilical?

I think this little guy's guts are hanging out? Is there anything I can do? clean it up and put it back in?
what can I give it? yolk? electrolytes?

Can you tell if that's intestines or just part of the yolk sac.

I think it may be yolk but there seems to be a lot of 'meaty' looking stuff and a lot of veins.

I gave him some yolk orally and he seemed to perk up a little bit.

Then I wouldn’t worry about it. I just had a duckling hatch with a similar problem, but yours seems to be doing better then my duckling was. As time goes on, that should dry up, but just make sure you keep that area clean so it doesn’t get infected
