URGENT. I think my hen is dying!

My 7 month old Polish Frizzle started leaning to her right side, then fell over. She tried to stand a few times, but couldn't. I wrapped her in a towel and started giving her water. It took a little while, but she started to drink, a lot! Seemed better for about 30 minutes. Now eyes closed and panting. What do i do?
I'm keeping her warm. She ate a little bit of feed mixed with warm water and some watermelon. I put a drop of apple cider vinegar in her water.
She has explosive diarrhea.
Please help!

Has she been eating well?
What does her normal diet consist of?

Do you have any poultry vitamins on hand?

This just started happening this afternoon as far as I know. She free ranges with 2 other hens. She has been eating well. Always the first to gobble up the dried mealworms treats! Feeding Blue Seal Organic Chicken Feed.
I don't have any poultry vitamins on hand

Keep offering her water...she may be dehydrated.

I'd pick up some electrolytes and Nutri Drench first thing tomorrow morning.

Someone suggested Pedialite. Can I get NutriDrench at most feed stores?
