If you cant get rid of them take them to an auction! That is better than just killing them. Mt hope has an auction every Wednesday. Google Mt. Hope auction and get the phone number. Call and find out what time you have to have the birds there. Good luck to you. I sure hope you can get them to the auction.

I wish I could. I won't have a car. DH works Wednesday and my jeep is only for short trips due to the tie rod end going bad (at 55 you can't hardly hold her on the road). They're free if anyone wants to take them! All you need is a cage!

They're starting to crow! Odd sounding crow but its a crow!

Wow! I never thought it would be hard to give away something someone could make money on or eat later. If we had the room I'd keep them. But they are in the basement and thats where the wood/coal stove is and we can't have them in there with the stove. The cages are in the way of the stove and we need to replace fire bricks in the stove. They gotta go ASAP folks. They're on borrowed time now.
