I will thanks. Just trying to regulate the temp the best I can. I have a feeling its going to be a long night. 4 have hatched. 3 more have piped 5 are rocking.

temp keeps fluctuating between 98-102. I guess thats better then no heat

5 turkeys out, 2 cochins out. 1 turkey piped, 1 chicken piped, 2 turkeys ans 1 chic-nothing yet.
Heat lamp is doing the job. its 105 in the corner that is under the lamp and the corner where the egs are is about 98. Humidity is a touch high 80%.I'll be amazed if thy all hatch

Do you have a wall switch that works with that plug, how about trying to plug it back into the same outlet to see if it works?

Do you know anyone with an incubator? We are hatching right now too. I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Ugh!

Sounds like you will need a brooder soon, are they all hatched now ?
Does the bator have a fuse or reset on it ?

Well, we ended up pretty good all things considering. 7 of 8 turkeys hatched- 3 of 4 chickens hatched. I still have the 2 eggs in the bator, the turkey still seems to be moving. we are on day 31. I will give it to tomorrow before I give up.
I went out and bought a new hova bator 1583?? the one that crapped out was a 1588 and a loner from a friend. Any ideas on where to start for fixes? I put a meter on the converter and it seems to be getting juice. The only thing I can think if is that we our water comes from a well and has lots of minerals. I have burnt out a humidifier or two. Its just wierd that it worked, then I unplugged it then it didnt.

Thanks for everyones help. This was my first hatch, it was perfect till this miss hap, and thougt i lost a couple....it could have been worse.
